Bids for more than $565,000 worth of mainly cosmetic improvements at three Lamesa campuses were approved by Lamesa school board members during their regular meeting this past Tuesday. On the same day, subcontractor bids for a new Career and Technology Education (CTE) building at the high school came in lower than expected, according to Superintendent Jim Knight.
