The Lamesa school district has received an overall rating of B in the first A-F accountability ratings issued by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) since 2019.Superintendent Jim Knight said he’s happy with the grade, but he wants to strive to make an “A” mark in the future.“I got a mixed bag on it.
