Plans to install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in local school buildings took another step toward reality Thursday when Lamesa Independent School District (LISD) board members agreed to hire a firm for design and build services. The board approved hiring E3 Entegral Solutions of Highland Village outside of Dallas.
