Former U.S. Army soldier Zach Leonard told an assembly of more than 300 middle school students Thursday that he didn’t want to talk about his service, but wanted to focus on the sacrifices of others who served in the armed forces defending their country.Leonard was the guest speaker at the middle school’s Veterans’ Day commemoration in Follis Gym.
