With sirens wailing and lights flashing, officers from at least three different agencies were involved in a pursuit of an apparently-stolen motorcycle through the streets of Lamesa Friday evening. It was the second multi-county chase involving local officers in a three-day period this past week. Although details remained sketchy late Friday night, the pursuit of the motorcycle apparently began in Lynn County with a deputy giving chase southbound on Highway 87.
