After several months of discussion by the city council, Lamesa school administrator Chris Riggins has been appointed to a vacant position on the board of directors of the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP). That appointment was among a number of action items handled by the Lamesa City Council during their regular meeting this past Tuesday evening.
