Gracen Proctor, a senior at Klondike High School, has been named the first recipient of the $1,500 Martin Family Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship has been established in memory and honor of Gaston and Iva Martin and their descendants. It is to be presented to an area high school senior who has an been active participante in the Dawson County Junior Livestock Show and in other shows..
