Two local residents were sentenced this past week to serve time in the state prison system while a third person received probation during action in 106th District Court here. Rumaldo Delgado, age 48, had a previously probated sentence revoked following a contested hearing. He was ordered by Judge Carter Schildknecht to serve five years in prison. Delgado was given credit on that sentence for about four and a half months already spent in custody.
