The following were among the many calls responded to by the Lamesa Police Department from Wednesday, April 10, through Thursday, April 11: Wednesday, April 10 10:38 a.m. – A male reported a theft behind a business in the 700 block of North 14th Street. The complainant advised that he was making a delivery to the store and some items were stolen from his vehicle. Officers responded and went to a residence in the 800 block of North Avenue L where evidence was seized. One male was arrested and transported to Dawson County Jail. 11:57 a.m. – An officer reported being out of the patrol unit with a vehicle.
