The following were among the many calls received recently by the Lamesa Police Department: Friday, July 9 1:58 p.m. – A minor accident involving a white 2015 pickup pulling a trailer and a black Ford F450 pickup pulling a trailer was reported on Hwy. 87 near Hwy. 349. No one was injured. 3:12 p.m. – An officer reported being involved in a chase of an individual in the area of S. 3rd St. and Ave. N.
