The following were among the many calls received recently by the Lamesa Police Department: Wednesday, April 28 11:07 a.m. - An 18-wheeler reportedly hit the bumper of an unoccupied truck near the intersection of FM Hwys. 829 and 2052. The truck left the scene but was stopped about a half mile north of the accident.
