The following were among the many calls received recently by the Lamesa Police Department: Tuesday, Sept. 22 7:19 a.m. – Law enforcement, EMS and firefighters were dispatched to a report of a pickup hitting a Mini Cooper auto on Hwy. 349 just south of Lamesa. At least one person was transported to the emergency room at Medical arts Hospital.
