ANDREWS – With Memorial Day fast approaching in just over a month, a prominent roadway in Andrews will be dedicated to local soldiers who provided the ultimate sacrifice for their country and town. The city council on Thursday approved a resolution to designate State Highway 176 within the city limits (Broadway) as a Memorial Highway.
