ANDREWS – A projected timeline for an overpass project at a highway intersection east of Andrews notorious for tragic vehicle accidents was discussed during a workshop session at Monday’s commissioners court meeting. Commissioners met with Texas Department of Transportation representatives to discuss the overpass and other future highway projects scheduled for Andrews County.
