SEMINOLE – The Texas Education Agency (TEA) informed school districts across the state on Tuesday, April 6, that they would have to suspend their first day of STAAR testing due to widespread technical problems. Luckily, according to Seminole ISD Assistant Superintendent Sylvia Suarez, most of the district’s students in grades fourth and seventh take a paper-based assessment.
