ANDREWS – This year’s Memorial Day ceremony at the Andrews County Veterans Memorial facility will be a special one in a couple of respects. First, there will be a return to the annual ceremony and luncheon following a cancellation last May due to the coronavirus pandemic. Second, the Andrews County Veterans Memorial facility on the chamber grounds has undergone improvements through the Legacy Project. Those improvements, which include statues honoring Andrews’ fallen war heroes, will be on display during Monday’s event, scheduled for 11 a.m. at 700 W. Broadway.
