ANDREWS – This year’s Memorial Day ceremony at the Andrews County Veterans Memorial facility will be a special one in a couple of respects. First, there will be a return to the annual ceremony and luncheon following a cancellation last May due to the coronavirus pandemic. Second, the Andrews County Veterans Memorial facility on the chamber grounds has undergone improvements through the Legacy Project.
