New council member Dore Evan Rodriguez and Mayor Josh Stevens both will be administered the oath of office in a special called meeting of the Lamesa City Council this coming week. That meeting will get underway at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 601 South 1st Street, in Lamesa.
