SNYDER – Scurry County’s three public school districts presented diplomas to 189 high school graduates last night. Friends and family members greeted the graduates at ceremonies and parades at Snyder, Ira and Hermleigh schools. The seniors received their diplomas and then celebrated with small groups of friends and family for most of the night, but the top graduates of Snyder, Hermleigh and Ira high schools had a message of encouragement for their classmates.
