When the 2021-2022 school year begins Aug. 12, Lamesa students attending sixth and seventh grades will see themselves in new accommodations. Lamesa Middle School sustained damage from the June 26 storm. The roof leaked, hallways and classrooms were flooded, and ceiling tiles were drenched in rainwater.
