Lamesa school officials are continuing to take steps – both procedurally and structurally – aimed at improving safety and security at all local campuses. An update on some of those activities was presented to the Lamesa school board during their regular meeting this past Tuesday by Chris Riggins, asssistant superintendent of human resources.
