A new eating establishment is anticipated here after action Monday evening by the directors of the Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). Board members voted to sell 1.28 acres of property, located just north of Bush’s Chicken on N. Dallas Ave., to a Lubbock firm for a price of just under $14,000.
