Probation began for five individuals but ended with a state jail sentence for another as a result of action in 106th Distict Court here Wednesday. Jose Angel Cuellar II will be spending time behind bars after he pleaded guilty in one case and had guilty judgments entered against him in two others. District Judge Reed Filley handed Cuellar, age 40, an 18-month sentence in each case. He will be allowed to serve all three sentences at the same time, with credit for about six months already spent in custody. Cuellar pleaded guilty to a charge alleging theft of less than $2,500 in property,
