Each week, Matthew Hernandez, owner of Lucy’s Flour Shop, bakes an array of cupcakes. But for the past two weeks, instead of pocketing the money from selling the red velvet, chocolate or carrot cake bakery items from his shop at 316 N. Austin Street, he sells the sweet treats for local organizations with 75-percent of sales going to the non-profit groups.
