Foreign Exchange Students Maria Lara (left) and Jinjiimaa TuvshinBayar will be experiencing their fi rst American Christmas with their hosts Steven and Joy Payson. Both girls are excited and have been eagerly decorating and setting up for the Christmas holiday.

Two foreign exchange students hosted by Steve and Joy Payson of Lamesa will be experiencing their first American Christmas this year. Although the Paysons have had more than 30 exchange students come through their doors, these are the first Mongolian and Columbian exchange students that the Paysons have taken into their home. Jinjiimaa TuvshinBayar, a 16-year-old from Ulan-Bator, Mongolia, and Maria Lara, a 16-year-old from Cartagena, Columbia, will experience many firsts this year.
