ANDREWS – The Andrews Food Pantry should be in store for a big year. Not only is a new $1.2-million project to build an new facility and parking area about to begin in southwest Andrews, but the Food Pantry recently learned it will be the recipient of a major fund-raising project put on by Porter’s.
