ANDREWS – The chamber of commerce’s annual SafeSpot trick-or-treat outing at the ACE Arena is the latest event to be cancelled due to the coronavirus, according to officials. It was recently nixed because of COVID concerns over staging a large, indoor gathering, they noted.
