Local economic development officials on Monday will consider taking action on an agreement with a firm which has indicated it plans to established a modular home manufacturing facility here. The deal with McKinney-based TatumTek LLC is on the agenda for a 5:30 p.m. joint meeting of the directors of Lamesa Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) and Lamesa Economic Alliance Project (LEAP). Board members are slated to consider the final draft of a performance agreement with TatumTek.
