Jeremy Blancaflor says the opportunity for her to live and teach in the United States is like a dream come true. A native of the Republic of the Philippines, Blancaflor was recently hired to teach kindergarten students here through something of a “teacher exchange” program, Superintendent Jim Knight announced recently. “I am so thankful to be here.
