Teams from both Lamesa and Klondike high schools are advancing to state in FFA Leadership Development Events (LDE) competition.Lamesa FFA’s Public Relations team qualified for state by placing second in the Area II LDE competition held this past Saturday at Ira High School.The Klondike FFA Senior Chapter Conducting team and Greenhand Chapter Conducting team both qualified for the state contest, also by placing second in Area II.The area contest featured the top two finishers in each event from seven district contests.
