A proposed new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) building is the only item on the agenda for a special meeting of the Dawson County Hospital District’s (DCHD) board of directors this coming week. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. Thursday in the conference room at Medical Arts Hospital. Board members have been discussing for months about a plan to build a new facility to house EMS personnel and ambulances.
