Youngsters from the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club race to grab candy-filled plastic eggs during an Easter egg hunt this past Friday at Northridge Retirement Center. Members of the women’s luncheon group that meets at Second Baptist Church provided the candy and eggs for the event, along with a basket for each child. Residents at Northridge filled the eggs and had help from the Boys and Girls Club in scattering them across the grounds at the front of the retirement facility. ...
