BROWNFIELD - According to the Texas Secretary of State, the State of Texas and Terry County continue to break early voting records set from the 2016 election. As of Tuesday, Texas has had 3,997,049 “in-person” early votes and 619,017 mail-in ballots, totalling 4,616,066 or 27.22 percent of registered voters.
