SEMINOLE – Former Gaines County auditor Rick Dollahan isn’t the type of person who can sit down and put his feet up. After serving as auditor for Gaines and Dawson counties, the Air Force veteran retired in 2019 and is now the mayor of Seagraves. “I wasn’t considered and still don’t consider myself a politician.
