Dawson school board members adopted the 2020-2021 school calendar and handled matters in response to the COVID-19 virus during a special meeting last weekend. The board approved a resolution granting Superintendent Layne Sheets authority to take emergency measures regarding policy modifications, closure of schools and spending in order to mitigate effects from COVID-19.
