SNYDER – As the Scurry County United Way (SCUW) gears up to start its Moving Forward United campaign on Tuesday, the board of directors faced a difficult decision: Whether to proceed with or cancel its annual kickoff. “Due to the current COVID-19 situation in our community, it was best to cancel our annual County Fair on the Square.
