District Judge Reed Filley (left) issued the oath of offi ce Monday morning to two new county offi cials and fi ve others who recently were re-elected or appointed to additional terms in offi ce. They included (from left after Filley), new Constable Jimmy Salazar, Sheriff Matt Hogg, Precinct 3 Commissioner Nicky Goode, County Attorney Steve Payson, new Precinct 1 Commission-er Mark Shofner, Tax Assessor-Collector Sylvia Hernandez, and appointed County Auditor Rhonda Martin.
