The Dawson County Commissioners Court is expected Thursday to select a construction firm to handle a potential jail construction or renovation project for the county. Four firms interested in serving as a construction manager at risk are scheduled to make presentations during a special called meeting of the commissioners court beginning at 2 p.m. in the county courtroom at the courthouse.
