SNYDER – Two frequent critics of the Scurry County Commissioners’ Court failed to sway commissioners as to why local residents should not approve an abatement agreement with IP Lumina, LLC. The abatement, which was approved 3-0, will apply to a pair of projects the company proposes in northern Scurry County on property owned by Timothy Ross Huddleston Trust, Rockin’ Mac Ranch Land Co., LLC, T-Rey Ranch II, LLC and Conn Puckitt Partnership.
