Presentation of the 2017-2018 fiscal year audit report for the City of Lamesa was made this past Tuesday by Bob Beam, CPA, with Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert and Moss, LLP. During his report, Beam was very complimentary of the city staff and council for the numbers he cited in the audit. He pointed out that the budget is the council’s main form of financial control for the city.
