Participation in a legal settlement and a contract with the City of Lamesa will be among the business considered by members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court on Tuesday.The court’s regular meeting will be at 4 p.m. in the county courtroom at the courthouse.Members will consider a resolution to participate with the state in the proposed allocation of funds from the settlement of a lawsuit by the state regarding the marketing and distribution of opioids.Also to be considered is an agreement between the county and the City of Lamesa regarding fire department services and access to the city’s landfill.Other items ...
