ANDREWS – The commissioners court on Tuesday heard a letter from an Andrews couple requesting that the county approve a mandatory mask-wearing ordinance in enclosed areas in public. Longtime local residents Jerry and Cindy Tochterman— a current school board member—submitted the letter, which was read by Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon during the open forum session.
