Lamesa City Council members will be meeting twice this coming week to work on a proposed budget for the city’s 2019-2020 fiscal year. Those meetings are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday at City Hall. Also at Tuesday’s meeting, the council will consider approving an agreement with the Lamesa school district regarding the school’s resource officers.
