BROWNFIELD – During the Brownfield City Council meeting that took place on Thursday morning, the council heard from City Manager Jeff Davis and City Secretary/ Assistant City Manager Kelly Burris regarding the utilityrelated fees, charges, and scrutiny over high bills.
