BROWNFIELD - Brownfield Mayor Geronimo Gonzales signed a new proclamation for the city on Thursday morning limiting the gathering of people in outdoor spaces due to the rapid rise of the coronavirus in Terry County and Brownfield. This means according to the mayor and city offcials that outdoor events of more than 10 people are prohibited and will not be granted permission to hold an event with more than 10 people.
