SEMINOLE – Following a short meeting, the Seminole City Council went into executive session Monday evening. They discussed and eventually approved filing suit against two individuals who have drilled wells without owning the water rights.“We have had a couple of gentlemen who have drilled wells in La Tierra, a subdivision in which we own the water rights.
