After meeting once or twice every week since late July, the Lamesa City Council has a light agenda for their regular meeting this coming Tuesday. That meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. The main item of business will be a request by Humberto G. Avila for a special use permit allowing him to place a 2020 Rifleman 3240 manufactured home on property at 509 N.
