SNYDER – It was a night of split votes when the Snyder City Council met Monday. New city council member Mitch Hickman voted against the Snyder Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 hotel occupancy tax budget, as well as the 2020 annual report and 2020 fourth quarter report.
