ANDREWS – What was the world like 100 years ago? Bill Payne and Cleo Parker could provide insight into that question. The two Permian Residential Care Center residents are the latest centenarian additions at the local nursing home. Payne turned 100 Thursday and Parker is scheduled for the big 1-0-0 this coming week. In all, PRCC will be home to a total of five centenarians with Parker’s birthday next week.
