Directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District approved nine new well permits and handled a variety of other business during their regular meeting this past Wednesday. Following a hearing on the permit requests, the board approved three well permits for Marion Snell, two permits each for U.S. Silica and Roy H. Graham, and one each for Sandrock Farms and Billy Miers.
