Lamesa school board members unanimously voted Tuesday night to appoint Trey Barrera to finish Cam Wade’s term on the board.Wade stepped down from his at-large seat last month due to a move to Seminole.Barrera was one of six candidates who applied to finish Wade’s unexpired term until the May 2023 school board election.
